CHILD HEALTH


Helmets and fitting provided at a minimal cost. Also presentations are held at local elementary schools and bike rodeos to educate the students about the importance of helmets.

Car seats, education and instruction for installation are provided for a minimal charge.

If an agency, school or individual has concerns about a child they can be referred to our CDEC clinic for follow-up.

CHP+ is an insurance for children under the age of 19 who do not qualify for Medicaid. Applications are available in our office. The application will be reviewed and determination will be made as to where or not they will qualify.

Children who are eligible for Medicaid are seen by a Hygienist initially for an evaluation and treatment, then referred for additional follow-up.

Clinics are held for children with special needs for Neurological, Rehabilitation and Developmental services. Eligible clients can also be referred for Orthopedic and Hearing Clinics to local providers.

Immunization Clinics are held every Monday, except Holidays - 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Designed to educate children and adults on various safety issues.

Nutrition program for low-income children up to the age of 5.
