Susan Carver-Planning Director
Susan is primarily responsible for assisting the general public with the interpretation and requirements of the Montezuma County Land Use Code. She is also the liaison between the landowners, the Planning and Zoning Commission Board and the Board of County Commissioners.

LeeAnn Milligan-Planning Director Assistant
LeeAnn is primarily responsible for assisting the public and county staff with planning research, preparation of information packets for meetings, file management, and scheduling of meetings with applicants.

Jim Burton-Traffic and Addressing Analyst
Is primarily responsible for the assignment of all new addresses within the unincorporated areas of Montezuma County in accordance with the County road naming and addressing system, maintaining the County road names in a grid system, assigning addresses using the same grid system, and identifying and correcting all rural property addresses that do not conform to the County road naming and addressing system.
