CORRECTION OF PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing and determining a High Impact Permit and Special Use Permit Application for the purpose of the proposed operations of an open-pit extraction, processing, stockpiling and dispensing of Aggregate resources for open market sales on 200 acres, more or less, of a 290 acre, more or less, parcel of land owned by Richard M. McClellan, Casey McClellan and David E. Nelson, Richard McClellan and Casey McClellan along with Nathan Barton, Agents. Said property is located at 32429 not 32260 Road S, Dolores, CO; situated north of Hwy. 184, approximately 2 miles SE of the Town of Dolores. Said property is located in Sec. 14, T.37N., R.15W., N.M.P.M.  The hearing will be held on Monday, June 24, 2013, beginning at 1:30 P.M. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room in the Montezuma County Courthouse, 109 West Main, Cortez, Colorado.  Information may be obtained from the Planning Office, Room 305, County Courthouse, Cortez, CO. or online at http://www.co.montezuma.co.us/newsite/planninghome.html; click on Planning Packets-Downloadable Packets for current Planning Public Hearings.  You may also contact the Planning Department at (970) 565-2801 with questions.  The file can be inspected in the Planning Department during regular office hours.
