Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing and determining an Industrial zoning request and a High Impact Permit request for the expansion of an existing business known as Fraley & Company, Inc. Agent, David Fraley. Expansion shall be for the purpose of adding (3) three, (30,000) thirty thousand gallon propane storage tanks to the existing business on (3) three congruent properties consisting of 23.02 acres, more or less, that are located at 6723 Hwy 491, 23760 Road G, and 23770 Road G, Cortez, CO. The properties are situated south of Hwy 491, west of Road 23.6 in S. 9., T.35N., R.16W., N.M.P.M. The hearing will be held Monday, March 15, 2010, in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, Montezuma County Courthouse, 109 W. Main, Cortez, CO. The meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. Interested persons may attend and give input.
