Public Notice is hereby given to any/all mineral interest owners located in the vicinity of Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 18 & 19 of T.36N., R.17W., N.M.P.M.; Sections 1, 2, 11 & 12 of T.36N., R.18W., N.M.P.M.; and Sections 29, 31,32 & 33 of T.37N., R.17W., N.M.P.M. that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioner’s have received a High Impact Permit Application and Special Use Permit Application for the purpose of installing a 4” looped water line that will provide water service to the property and residents located within the Goodman Point Water District. Said pipelines will run adjacent to County Roads N, P, 16 & 17. The Board of County Commissioners will be reviewing said applications on March 22, 2010, at 2:00 P.M. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, Montezuma County Courthouse, 109 W. Main, Cortez, CO. Interested persons may attend and give input. Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing and determining a commercial zoning request for property owned by Timberline Properties of Colorado, LLC, located at 2455 Hawkins, Cortez, CO., consisting of 7 acres, more or less, situated east of Road 27 south of Hawkins Street, located in S.30, T.36N., R.15W., N.M.P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing and determining a High Impact Permit and Special Use Permit Application for the purpose of installing a 54,000 gallon water storage tank on property owned by Stanley Farms, LLC located at 15200 Road M, Cortez, CO, in S.18, T.36N., R.17W., N.M.P.M.; installation of a water pump station on property owned by Stewart and Keri Mustoe located at 13698 Road 17, Cortez, CO, in S.4,T.36N., R.17W, N.M.P.M; and the installation of a 4” looped waterline that will provide water service to the property and residents located within the Goodman Point Water District. The legal description of the district is located entirely within Montezuma County, and more particularly described as Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 18 & 19 of T.36N., R.17W., N.M.P.M.; Sections 1, 2, 11 & 12 of T.36N., R.18W., N.M.P.M.; and Sections 29, 31,32 & 33 of T.37N., R.17W., N.M.P.M.
