MONTEZUMA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing and determining an AR3-9 rezoning and Pre-Sketch Plan for a 12 lot Major Development on property owned by Casey N. McClellan, located at 29850 Road H, Cortez, CO., consisting of 84 acres, more or less, situated south of Road H, three miles east of Road 27; located in Sec.33, T.36N., R.15W., N.M.P.M. The hearing will be held Monday, July 14, 2014, beginning at 1:30 P.M. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, Montezuma County Courthouse, 109 W. Main, Cortez, CO. Interested persons may attend and give input. MONTEZUMA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing and determining amendments to Chapter 8, Transferable Development Rights(TDR's) of the Montezuma County Land Use Code. Proposed changes include, but are not limited to, eliminating the survey requirement for creating TD'S dividing the difference between the originally projected and current TDR amounts evenly among qualifying DRVP parcels to raise overall density; Variances to Chapter 8 TDR requirements within the Town of Dolores Urban Influence Area if connected to centralized sewer; or, eliminate the TDR Program in its entirety. The meeting will be held on July 7, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at County Annex 1, located at 107 N. Chestnut, Cortez, CO. Any interested persons may attend and give input. Proposed code amendments are on file in the Planning Office, 109 W.
