| The following services are available through Senior Services: |
| Congregate Meals: |
| For clients aged 60 or older and their spouses. Nutritious meals at three different locations. The meals have been analyzed and approved for low sodium, low fat and low sugar diets. Salad bar is served at 11:30am with lunch served at noon five days a week in Cortez. A $3 donation is suggested for age 60+ and is $6 for those under 60. Meals are served Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Dolores and Mancos. A $2.50 per meal donation is suggested. Meals are $5 for people under 60. Please call by 9:30am for reservations. |
| Home Delivered Meals: |
| For anyone 60 years or older who are home bound. Call the center closest to you for more information. |
| Boost: |
| Boost is a meal supplement for those who are at a high nutritional risk. Clients must have a doctor's prescription to receive boost at a reduced cost. |
| Educational Programs: |
| Issues of importance to senior citizens. Call the Montezuma County Senior Center for more information. |
| Senior Health Insurance Assistance: |
| Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call the Montezuma County Senior Center for more information. |
| Transportation: |

| Old Age Pension Dental Program: |
| Tuesdays 8:30-11:30am. This is for low income senior citizens. Call the Montezuma County Senior Center for more information. |
